- Abstract: Classical geometry equates finite, rational quantities (Length, Area, Volume ) with the infinite algorithmic process π. This categorical error – equating determinate measurement with indeterminate limit – is an ontological mistake. Gödel’s incompleteness theorems (1931) prove any arithmetic-containing formal system is incomplete and cannot prove its own consistency. Physics inherits this by treating irrationals as real, manifesting as quantum indeterminacy. The Panvitalistic Theory resolves the fallacy: π becomes dimensioned angular measure (π ≡ 1 s/m or 1/12 s/m), time reduces to curvature (no external dimension), and measurement restricts to rational volume comparisons (VA = xVB, x ∈ Q). It derives c tautologically from Earth’s rotation (no universal constants) and renders quantum indeterminacy an artefact. This axiomatic reset is not optional: modern physics – and empirical science at large – rests on irreparably flawed foundations. The theory offers the only known consistent correction.

- Abstract: Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD) describes the strong interaction as an SU(3) gauge theory with point-like fermions (quarks) and gluons in a continuous Minkowski spacetime. The Panvitalistic Theory instead postulates volume as ontologically primary, time as angular measure (π ≡ 1 s/m), mass as L4/T3 and velocity as L2/T. This leads to a 6D=6D world formula (VA = x VB) and 12-dimensional measurement access. The comparison shows that QCD relies on a continuum that is an artefact in the Panvitalistic ontology. The strong interaction emerges as angular coupling of three oscillation planes (colour charge as phase shift). Connement, mass gap and colour neutrality can be explained geometrically without non-perturbative assumptions or extra parameters.

- Abstract: The Michelson-Morley experiment (1887) yielded a null result for the expected aether wind of v ≈ 30 km/s (Earth's orbital velocity). Standard explanations invoke Lorentz contraction and time dilation (special relativity). Here we show that the null result is a direct consequence of the historical and dimensional denition of c itself. The speed of light c is not a universal vacuum property but the maximum areal velocity (L²/T) of a point on Earth's equator relative to the Earth's surface as the reference frame. This follows from the original denitions of metre (1/40 000 000 of Earth's meridian) and second (1/86 400 of mean solar day). The Michelson-Morley null result is therefore not surprising but inevitable: both interferometer arms are embedded in the same rotating reference volume (Earth). No aether wind can exist relative to the dening frame itself.

- Abstract: The Heisenberg uncertainty principle (\(\Delta p \Delta x \geq \hbar / 2\)) posits a fundamental limit to simultaneous measurements of position (\(\Delta x\)) and momentum (\(\Delta p\)). We demonstrate that this limit is an artifact of the SI’s arbitrary time standard, the ``second,’’ defined via the caesium-133 frequency (\( f_{\text{Cs}} = 9,192,631,770 \, \text{Hz} \)). The Planck constant’s numerical value (\(\hbar\)) scales with the choice of reference standard (e.g., caesium oscillations or Earth’s rotation), nullifying the uncertainty bound without altering physical reality. Quantization, observed in experiments counting whole periods, is a methodological constraint, not a universal property. This finding resolves the conflict between general relativity and quantum mechanics as a conceptual error in SI’s premises. The Panvitalist Theory’s rational framework, using physical standards, eliminates quantization artifacts, unifying physical theories

- Abstract: The Panvitalist Theory proposes that a discrete 12-dimensional spacetime model using only rational numbers is essential to describe physical reality mathematically in a consistent manner. By redefining physical quantities in terms of length and angle, the theory challenges conventional definitions of mass, time, and units, demonstrating that these constants reflect celestial parameters rather than universal values. Through geometric derivations , the theory connects quantum mechanics and general relativity, revealing a circular dependency among fundamental constants. This paper examines the circularity inherent in the definitions of physical units, particularly the second and meter, and the arbitrary nature of numerical values assigned to fundamental constants. We demonstrate that all physical constants depend on the arbitrary choice of the numerical value for the caesium frequency, rendering their numerical values relative. We argue that the number "1" is the only true numerical constant. The interdependence of constants suggests the necessity of our unified theory, The Panvitalist Theory, to explain the non-constant numerical nature of constants.

- Abstract: This paper presents the derivation of the Bohr atomic radius (a0), the speed of light (c), the gravitational constant (G), and the Planck constant (h) from the Earth’s rotation, lunar orbit, and Earth’s orbit within the Panvitalist Theory framework. The Panvitalist Theory proposes that a discrete 12-dimensional spacetime model using only rational numbers is essential to describe physical reality mathematically in a consistent manner. By redefining physical quantities in terms of length and angle, the theory challenges conventional definitions of mass, time, and units established during the French Revolution, demonstrating that these constants reflect celestial parameters rather than universal values. Through geometric derivations, the theory connects quantum mechanics and general relativity, revealing a circular dependency among fundamental constants. The Panvitalist Theory posits that the number 12 (representing 12 dimensions) is the sole natural constant, offering a unified perspective on physics and a potential reformulation of its foundations.
