  • Abstract: The Heisenberg uncertainty principle (\(\Delta p \Delta x \geq \hbar / 2\)) posits a fundamental limit to simultaneous measurements of position (\(\Delta x\)) and momentum (\(\Delta p\)). We demonstrate that this limit is an artifact of the SI’s arbitrary time standard, the ``second,’’ defined via the caesium-133 frequency (\( f_{\text{Cs}} = 9,192,631,770 \, \text{Hz} \)). The Planck constant’s numerical value (\(\hbar\)) scales with the choice of reference standard (e.g., caesium oscillations or Earth’s rotation), nullifying the uncertainty bound without altering physical reality. Quantization, observed in experiments counting whole periods, is a methodological constraint, not a universal property. This finding resolves the conflict between general relativity and quantum mechanics as a conceptual error in SI’s premises.   • Abstract: The Panvitalist Theory proposes that a discrete 12-dimensional spacetime model using only rational numbers is essential to describe physical reality mathematically in a consistent manner. By redefining physical quantities in terms of length and angle, the theory challenges conventional definitions of mass, time, and units, demonstrating that these constants reflect celestial parameters rather than universal values. Through geometric derivations , the theory connects quantum mechanics and general relativity, revealing a circular dependency among fundamental constants. This paper examines the circularity inherent in the definitions of physical units, particularly the second and meter, and the arbitrary nature of numerical values assigned to fundamental constants. We demonstrate that all physical constants depend on the arbitrary choice of the numerical value for the caesium frequency, rendering their numerical values relative. We argue that the number "1" is the only true numerical constant. The interdependence of constants suggests the necessity of our unified theory, The Panvitalist Theory, to explain the non-constant numerical nature of constants.

Abstract: This paper presents the derivation of the Bohr atomic radius (a 0), the speed of light (c), the gravitational constant (G), and the Planck constant (h) from the Earth's rotation, lunar orbit, and Earth's orbit within the Panvitalist Theory framework. The Panvitalist Theory proposes that a discrete 12-dimensional spacetime model using only rational numbers is essential to describe physical reality mathematically in a consistent manner. By redefining physical quantities in terms of length and angle, the theory challenges conventional definitions of mass, time, and units established during the French Revolution, demonstrating that these constants reflect celestial parameters rather than universal values. Through geometric derivations, the theory connects quantum mechanics and general relativity, revealing a circular dependency among fundamental constants. The Panvitalist Theory posits that the number 12 (representing 12 dimensions) is the sole natural constant, offering a unified perspective on physics and a potential reformulation of its foundations.

Abstract:

For nearly a decade, the author has pursued a comprehensive reinterpretation of physics, rooted in a critical analysis of its foundational axioms concerning thenature of reality. The discovery that the conventional understanding of time in both physics and society is fundamentally flawed has led to the identification of a centuries-long misinterpretation of reality, stemming from unsound first principles. This paper proposes a clear, precise, and logically compelling first axiom, paving the way for a radical reformulation of the physical and mathematical foundations of science. Central to this reformulation is the Panvitalist Theory, which introduces a discrete, 12-dimensional spacetime, eliminates all natural constants except the dimension count 12, and develops a rational number theory inspired by the ancient Pythagorean school, eschewing irrational numbers entirely. The theory integrates physics, mathematics, philosophy, and theology, positing life as the fundamental cause of the universe. This paper rigorously derives the 12-dimensional spacetime model, incorporating the projection of elliptical planetary orbits onto circular ones and a detailed error analysis. It presents testable hypotheses, such as the prediction of a third polarization plane for photons, and outlines the philosophical and theological implications of a life-centric cosmos. By summarizing the developmental milestones of the theory, this work offers a holistic framework for understanding spacetime and invites further interdisciplinary exploration.

Abstract:

In 2019 the author postulated the framework for a ToE or “world formula” in the form 12 π (L/T)3 = 1. After years of developing the framework further, this equation is now explained inmore detail using the Archimendian spiral. The specific postulate from Einstein (Speed of Light= Length / Time) regarding the nature of EM-radiation is elevated to a much more generalpostulate regarding the nature of spacetime itself : π := 1 unit of Time / 1 unit of Length. Theconstruction of 12D space-time is explained and the natural constants in physics are explainedas representations of the geometric parameters of 12D Spacetime found in solar system. The“Bohr-Radius” is derived from the orbits of Earth, Sun and Moon. The results suggest thatcontemporary physics and science as a whole convey a fundamentally wrong view of theuniverse that could only be corrected by a Unification of General Relativity and QuantumTheory in the sense of accepting both theories to be wrong. This is mainly due to the irrationaluse of the circle number π as a dimensionless irrational (random) number in both theories andthe use of a definition of (physical appearance) "time" that is fundamentally irrational (wrong).A solution to the problem is outlined and it is proposed to test the postulates experimentally in future.
